To Produce Great Quality Practice Exams and Practice Tests

Our mission is to produce high-quality maths resources that help Western Australian ATAR students achieve the best school grades possible.

Our resources:

• Make students aware of what knowledge is expected for each topic.
• Give an indication of assessment difficulty.
• Allow students to practice completing assessments under timed conditions.
• Help students identify and improve their weaknesses.
• Enable students to maximise their school results.

Allstar Learning is owned and run by Hayden Smith. Hayden is a full-time, professional maths tutor who has spent over 10,000 hours tutoring Perth high school students since the year 2000. Hayden holds a degree in Pure Mathematics from the University of Western Australia.

“I’ve seen a countless number of learning resources over the years that failed to effectively teach students. They were either riddled with errors, were difficult to follow, were too easy or too difficult, or didn’t cover the syllabus content appropriately. As a tutor, it was frustrating having to teach my students with sub-par resources. I had no choice but to do something about it, so I started writing my own resources.

“Many of my students started taking these resources to school to either use during class or during their study periods. Often, their classmates would ask me for a copy as well. I discovered that many ATAR students wanted access to affordable, reliable and high-quality learning materials. This website was born as a result.”
